Motor crush app honest review

Motor Crush is a new app released by Trellist Marketing and Technology. Primary an America based company with the app being designed for the US market. They describe the app as;

“Your Ride. Your Community.

MotorCrush is the patent-pending app that puts everything for the modern car, truck, and bike enthusiast in one place—no matter what kind of motoring enthusiast you are.

Looking for something to do? Need a recommended shop? Want to find your crew? Single click directions to whatever you’re looking for.

Show off all your rides! Share photos and mods, and get inspired for your next build by what others keep in theirs.

Join clubs and start your own! Broadcast activities and group chat. Set up a private crew and stay connected under the radar.

Hit the streets! Find or create public and private crew meets in real time with GPS. Check-in at meets to show what your ride’s got.

See if you can take the top spot! Check in to earn trophies from users all over the world. Post updates and photos in the Meet Chat.

Ready to sell or just waiting for the right offer? List your parts or ride here for free.”

The current Google Play reviews are a mixed bag, my experience of the app is good but it is very much a chicken and egg situation with the Motor Crush, the more car enthusiasts use this app the better it becomes however until there are a lot of people on the app it lacks content and information, such as meets, stuff for sale, etc.

Here in the UK, there are only a couple of events and a few users but if we can get more people on the platform it will become a great place for enthusiasts.

Unlike drive tribe, this focussed around meets rather than just sharing news and content. From past experience, it takes a hell of a lot of time to stay up to date with which meets are going in and which groups hosting them. Not to mention the shows that spring up.

Facebook is a good place to start but motor crush has been designed for us and the map feature is really good.
